As a kid we had a bear on the roof out in the canadian rockies.
It was a young black bear just on it's own. The ranger came by (after it had gotten off the roof and wandered off) and told us to yell and throw stones at it as they didn't want it to get used to people.
Between the 3 campers, there must have been 20 kids chasing that poor bear.
Different times.
