If this was going to be a one shot deal where I was taking it in there for instance for a long term rebuild or similar, I would go to the junk yard and get a set of wheels on the cheap, and put them on the trailer with no tires, and back 'er thru the doorway.
Kinda of a lot of trouble though if a guy wanted to take the trailer in and out a lot.
