Ditto on the slope into the garage. I ordered a brand new 'building$$', had the contractor measure my MH to make sure the garage door they installed was tall enough. Measured twice and added extra height to door.
Only thing after the building was built and all finished and landscaped I went to pull my MH to protect it from a pending storm and it did NOT fit. The concrete ribbon up to the building had just enough rise to it that the MH did not clear the top of the garage door. :(
So watch if you are adding or have an existing ribbon into the garage. Just a very slight incline throws off all the measurements. :B
