We actually raised a garage 3 ft about 10 years ago. Jacked it ip added 4 courses of block and a larger garage door . Took 1 week .
Had another friend that stored his trailer in the garage for the winter. the garage door was 3 inches too short , he had 4 old rims with no tires he would put on the trailer and backed it in till spring .
