Stuck linen drawer...Dutchmen Kodiak

Does anyone have a solution on how to open a sliding drawer without ripping it apart. I have a Dutchmen Kodiak and the linen drawer will only open 3-4 inches. I have removed the lower drawer to visualize any problems but it sticks on right side only. The slides are not impaired, I can raise and lower the slides but it will not come out. I have used a flathead screwdriver to separate the wheel and the guide arm but still does not budge.

Any thoughts?
