I happened to hit this very same issue today. New to campers and i raised the legs too far and all 4 got stuck like this. I tried the 3/8 wrench thing and it did not work, I could not budge the legs at all. I ended up calling the dealer and he said to just run the motor for like a minute and see what happens. For all four, letting the motors run independently for close to a minute, freed each leg . there was some confusion whether i should use raise or lower, but turns out the buttons refer to the camper and not the leg, so i clicked on "Raise" in order to lower the leg. He also mentioned that these motor were notorious for getting jammed and once truly stuck they require the motor be taken apart to be un-jammed. Hope this helps someone else.
