Stuck Rieco Titan Jack

I was going to unload the camper today but one jack doesn't seem to want to cooperate. It sounds like the clutch is slipping like when you raise the jacks & you don't let go of the remote button in time. I figure that means the motor is ok but it can't push the jack down for some reason. My next step is to try to crank it down manually. Does anyone have any ideas on what is going on??

    Yah, they're ticky little ones...

    I'm assuming you tried to "Pull it down" with motor clicking.
    Might check the battery in the remote unit if you have one. I've had to replace several, they'll activate, but one won't. You said it's clicking so it's getting juice. sounds like it's just Stuck to hard to break loose to lower, maybe pull it down trying to unlock it. Hand crank would be the next step...

    Standing by for a solution as I'm sure it'l happen on this end too. I have broken the power plug and was told it'a a whole new jack... Whaaaat???? yep, can't just replace the plug cord, although, I did, found a like plug and cut and connected the new one to the old wire. Works.. so just in case..
