Dayton D630DHere is the cut sheet on them. I have made one trip to the mainland with the camper in the winter, and did fine, but I was always concerned about the tires. With the entire family and our gear, i roll around 10,600... But when we are on our return trip to the island of Kodiak and getting on the ferry we are closer to 11,600, and one trip we were at 11,900. Granted, that was only from Kenai down to Homer, but that can be a rough stretch of road, especially in the winter. That is why I am looking at moving to 19.5 winter tires, mounted on my existing 19.5 Vision rims. Then maybe by spring, I can save enough to get a new set of Vision rims for putting the summer 265-70-19.5's on.
Big dreams, but living in Alaska has it challenges!
