Yes, but high volume for a small fabricator is nothing compared to the volume required to even offer a production option.
The heavy-towing market is so small for SUVs that GM doesn't even ofter a 3/4-ton SUV anymore. If those numbers no longer pan-out, you can be pretty sure that the numbers for any sub-option would be even worse (no pun intended).
It is too bad though.... Because the options for large families to pull big trailers is dwindling. With the 2500 Suburban gone, even new DuraBurbs will become extinct soon, unless they start doing body transplants onto pickup frame, like Tim's who builds "new" Excursions.
Ford still has order banks open for new V10 E350 Wagons, but unless they get enough orders, they won't build anymore, even though the E-sereies line is still going strong making cutaway chassis. Really, the only other option is for larger families might be small shuttle buses, or aftermarket "E-series" body like Sportsmobile is now making.
