You have spark, gas flow etc.
Then one of two things why no main flame
1) Low gas pressure (should be 11" WC with other gas appliances ON)
2) Spark electrode is NOT correctly positioned (electrode should be 1/4"-3/16" above and directly over slots on the burner with a 1/8" gap between electrode and ground)
1/2" above burner opening is too far away.
And you might want to disconnect propane line at furnace and blow it out to insure that gas line is not blocked with oil/moisture residue.
Yes, gas pressure is not something we have tested yet. However, we do know that the fridge and water heater run fine at the same time, so I would think if the water heater is ok, the furnace certainly should be. Furthermore, we've tried multiple regulators, and we've tried them offsite, so that means new gas tank (which is full), and completely different gas lines that work fine with other appliances. So I'm thinking low pressure, due to a regulator or gas line at least, is not the issue.
We just measured the electrode, and it is 5/16" away from the burner. Photos below. So you're saying we should bend it down?
Thanks,
Dave
