I bought a TC years ago that had the same problem. Thinking the thermo-couple may be dirty I placed a heavy rag under it and sprayed it down with carburetor cleaner. Lot's of black junk came off it and it worked perfectly ever after.
So it won't cost much to give this a try even if it doesn't work.
Good luck,
Scott
Scott - thanks for the tip but this is a new RV and a new oven, so the thermocouple should not be dirty. Also if I recall correctly it did it from day one and we've only been out in the RV 3 times since buying it late August.
I have carb cleaner at home (camping now) and will give this a try because, as you said, it can't hurt.
Bring it back to the dealer....its under warranty correct??????????
