Seems like your list of must-haves might be a bit too much for something you'd like to tow into the boonies - unless your idea of the boonies is a semi-maintained gravel road. If you're really into getting off-road you might want to look at something like a roof-top tent and a ruggedized towable camp trailer. Cascadia Vehicle Tents has both roof-top tents and off-road towable camping trailers.
