They will reduce sway some by effectively stiffening the suspension up.
But if your ride height is already pretty high with the stable load combo, they won’t do a lot. If you have a fair amount of squat they’ll help more, but not like a sway bar that works one side against the other.
Occasional use, fine, but if I had a primary camper hauler as you do, set it up right and put a sway bar on it. Idk how the exhaust conflicts with it, but it has to be a fairly easy fix. Couple hours at a muffler shop with a whiz wheel and buzz box!
