Surge protector
I know the best kind are the ones which would be wired into the system, but saw this today and wondered if it would be any good. Is this a "better than nothing" or "you get what you pay for" situation...

You're a lone wolf howling in the wind westom. :R No one claims these EMS devices to be "perfect", just that any RV owner is far better off using one to assist in protecting their rig than not - period. If anything in these discussions is complicated it's your constant analyses that are way beyond the interest & understanding of most here on the forums and serve only to confuse. Time to give up the preaching, no one cares. :R
