First thing I would do is check the year of MFG of the tires that the truck came with. Over 5 years and I would be thinking replacement. Does it have Anti Sway bars? My take on the OEM Ford bars from that era is they are junk, get a replacement Roadmaster or Hellwig Big wig anti sway bar. Newer shocks too From there just play it by ear
