Suspension problem after axle relocation (flip) need help

I got my axle relocation completed last weekend, but only got it down off the blocks and back on the tires today.

For some reason, my spring shackels/spring equalizer plates are not sitting level the way they used to.

I tried jacking it back up, but the equalizers seem to want to sit this way. Both sides look exactly the same.

Can anyone shed any light as to what is going on or what I did wrong? I followed the instructions and everything went well so I have no idea how to correct this issue.

Any help or suggestions would be very much apprecaited!
