Suspension problem after axle relocation (flip) need help

No real thoughts except I seem to remember that happening on one side of my trailer when I did the flip and I just took it apart and reset it.

I agree with you that you haven't changed any working angles or lengths so you shouldn't need to lengthen the shackles.
