Suspension problem after axle relocation (flip) need help

I'm glad it worked out for you. I used to flip them when building trailers and they would get like that when I was installing the axles with the frame upside down. I used a large bar across the shackle pins and they will pull right around. You can't do that with it right side up because of the weight and you don't have room for the leverage. With the shackles in the right position, that will never happen again with weight on them.
