Suzuki XL7 2001 Automatic
Saw several posts that said they ignored dealer info and towed flat down fine but might have been standard shift. Looking for info how to tow mine.

- Better check the owners manual. From what I can find, you can only tow the 4 wheel drive.
Transfer case in neutral, transmission in Park.
* Automatic transmission: Stop towing the vehicle after 200 miles and leave transfer lever in “neutral.” Start the engine, shift into “drive,” and rev the engine for one minute to circulate oil in the transfer case. Shift into “park” before next towing. - Put transfer case in neutral, hook ip and go.
