My accountant just ran the numbers for the entire 40 day 39 night trip.
$200+ per day, $8285.44 total. Including everything we spent anything on.
(Two nights in Saskatoon a private home no cost)
Gas $1617.83===about .17 per mile Gas only.
Cash for spending $2887.45
Paid for one oil change where they discovered a burned out headlamp so parts and labor to replace it.
Motels $3780.16
When we were traveling in Mexico by TC in 2010. We met a wonderful Canadian couple that we visited on this trip.
They took us for a ride on a Combine cutting Wheat in Saskatoon, Canada How cool was that.

You can meet the nicest people in RV's.
Well we met going to the Copper Canyon(by train), we were camped next to their 5er after our Copper Canyon trip as well.
