Yeah you can do it in a few hours. A floor jack will help hold it up. A cordless impact is a great help. Torque wrench is needed as well. There's some sharp stuff around the frame where the hangers are, so I'd have gloves handy.
edit add: I didn't remove spare or mess with the heat shield. Didn't have to modify the tailpipe either.
