Tahoe vs Expedition vs Suburban to tow 5400 GVW TT

I need an inexpensive SUV tow vehicle for a 2009 Wildwood 22RB-XLITE Backpack Edition TT with a UVW 3619 GVW 5400 lbs. I have narrowed the search down to the Tahoe, Expedition or Suburban from 1999-2...

Practically speaking, you're not going to notice a difference towing between the two. The only benefit is more room in the Suburban, and a functional back seat with cargo space behind it. But, the 'Burb will cost the same, use the same amount of fuel, and be just as easy to find (I expect), so I'd always go with the extra capacity all else being equal.
