From a towing perspective, I don't think that there are any differences--each of those trim lines comes with the HD Towing Package as standard equipment. The differences really are the amount of luxuries that you want included. Though I expect that those extra luxuries come at the expense of payload, so keep an eye on that yellow door sticker.
