I was set on getting a Yukon with the big motor and I liked the way it looked too. A friend of mine suggested an Expedition and I hadn't even considered it, but looked at one anyway. The cost difference in used was tremendous with the Ford being much more affordable.
We chose the Ford for the EB interior, the fold down third seat, the second row captians chairs and higher tow capacity (ours was optioned out that way. Maybe it is just my wife and me, but the windows in the Expedition just seemed bigger and easier to see out of. We bought the Ford and we absolutley love it.
Any of the big SUV's you listed are very nice and I dont think you can go wrong. I have no problem pulling my almost 30' TT with the Expy, just sayin.
