Be hard to kick any of your options outta bed for eating crackers.
Personally I think the new Chevys are the best looking of the 3 but the older Chevys are cool too. And I've not experienced anyone with any major issues in the newer GMs.
For towing unless you go Denali, then the Eco boost is the clear winner there. But a 5.0 ford or 5.3 GM will do the trick just fine for occasional use and low altitude.
Don't let any of these folks scare you off of towing a camper with any of the vehicles you are considering.
If you can't tow a 5-6klb camper safely with any newish full size suv, you need to re think your personal abilities, IMO.
