Tailgate update for 5th wheel tow vehicles
It would be great to hear from those that would have experience with the tail gait that has been cut down the centre to a "V" for 5th wheel towing. I guess the question is, is this really a big advant...

With the tailgate down it is hard if not impossible to look and see it the kingpin is properly seated. With my v gate I can get a good look. Also after the wife backed the truck into the pinbox one night after shopping it was cheaper than a new gate.
