Tailgate update for 5th wheel tow vehicles
It would be great to hear from those that would have experience with the tail gait that has been cut down the centre to a "V" for 5th wheel towing. I guess the question is, is this really a big advant...

I tried towing my fifth wheel with the OEM tailgate and it was a pain. I had to back up at an angle to hook up at one campground and my tailgate would have hit the RV before I was connected if I didn't have someone hold it at a 45 degree angle. I also dinged up the tailgate once when I forgot to put it down when hooking up.
