Still. the one site the person said "the truck camper seemed under powered" and others say "the TC hit the brakes".
The TC did not cause the collision! That was caused by the truck driver behind him that hit him (commercial drive). Its the responsibility of the driver behind you to maintain safe following distance.
running someone over because they are not going fast enough for you is not a solution. WE see it all the time here in SE PA from the Trash Tractor Trailers hauling trash out of PHila to where the country spots that will still take it.
