TC dinette options

I'm not a big fan of the dinette I have now: floor socket, pipe, lightweight table. I keep knocking it around when I use it. Think bull in a china shop. Plus, I like to use the area under where the dinette goes for storage when not in use.

Any better ways out there? I'm thinking of something like a large fold-up TV tray.

I'd especially like to hear from other pop-up owners since we share common design issues.

  • Hi to save on floor space we use two stackable wood lap trays we got from pier one. They are sturdy and we stack them in the cab over. No tables to fold or store. Bill
  • I had Outfitter not even install the dinette table, and I use a Costco folding table instead, about 2'x3'. Stores folded on the bed when not in use. Sure make the seats a lot more usable.
  • There are wall mounted tables that are not as fancy.

And this one won't work unless you have a flat wall from floor to table height.

There are two different wall mounted types for campers that use a single leg.
One is a simple channel to mount to the wall and table, and then a leg. The other has 4 different wall brackets,
Here is the 4 bracket version

    And the channel bracket version

If you still want a table, but a sturdier table, and you have opposing seats in your pop up and want something that goes up and down easily and locks in place and you have a solid vertical wall that goes from tabletop to floor on the side, well then you need a Dream Dinette.

My links are not working lately. Google Dream Dinette and look at the images to really get the idea of how they work.

Hey, that's exactly what I want. Thank you!

I had to open the link in Internet Explorer. Firefox wouldn't interpret it correctly.
