Where can I find a good mattress that is a little smaller than a queen.

Do you mean a short queen ?
Make sure your rv floorplan allows you remove a mattress easily by bending it. Its sometimes easier to tie or strap it in half lengthwise to remove it and install the new one.
Pay attention to the thickness of the new one so it doesn't interfere with a cabinet or wardrobe door from opening.
