Here is a B on a Sprinter chassis...a bit more functional than the old school van conversion/B.
B's are now growing to include B+ as well.
I suppose the old Chevy above does meet the definition of a class "B".Not sure if that would have bath/galley/etc as the new ones do...
In any case, it really comes down to having a deidicated camper (B/C/MoHo) or a TC that allows multi-uses.
While some type of Moho is attractive...every time I run the numbers...I just cannot justify another vehicle to maintain in our Family.
We will always have a truck...so a TC works well for us. Both in accomodations, and value.
