I suppose the old Chevy above does meet the definition of a class "B".

Probably the owner of an 80s Dodge, Ford, or GM pickup would take offense if you said you "supposed" his truck met the definition of a pickup. A B from the 80s is about as similar to a B from the 2010s as pickups would be from the same eras.
