In the process of moving from a class A to smaller truck camper. Weight and efficient use of space will be paramount. What are some of the best organizational tips out there?

Generally, it means carry as little as possible. After you pick the minimum, go back through and remove more stuff. :) To save weight travel with empty tanks and only completely fill your water if you are actually going to be using it. Some people carry the extra stuff in back seats or remove the seat or add extra storage boxes on top or on a front hitch.
