The engine my weigh more than the camper but all that weight is much lower and centered on the cart. A truck camper will have a very high center of gravity and a lot of weight wider on the cart. I think I would at least lock the rear wheels so they don't steer to sharp of a turn and I think it will tip. I have moved a lot of machinery on heavy duty carts and have seen top heavy equipment tip over even though the cart could support twice the weight.
