TC tires

Recently bought a F350 DRW that has E rated Hercules Terra Trac AT II’s on it. They look new with full tread and pliable but I’m still leaning towards changing them out.
Does anyone know these tires? They any good? My camper is pretty light, Maverick 8801- no more than 4500k loaded.
Any thoughts are appreciated
  • What is the manufacture date on each tire? What is the tire max weight? Looking good isn’t too valuable.

I also just recently bought a DRW with all but new Cooper AT3's all around..They are only rated for 2650# max weight but with a DRW and a TC that isn't that heavy, there staying on until worn..

Answer..I would leave it as is with a light weight TC..JMHO
  • Don't know it that is the same Hercules, but the brand trailer tires were top-notch when I was buying few years ago.
  • My preference is buying new tires when buying a used vehicle. Maybe it’s overkill, but I like to pick my tires out in any case. Don’t forget about the spare.

I don’t compromise on tires, batteries, brakes, or belts.
  • They have a heck of a warranty..As I said before, use them out rather than waste money on another brand..

Hercules provides a 60,000 mile tread warranty on the Terra Trac AT 2. There is a first 1/32 inch of wear guarantee on tire uniformity. Materials and workmanship are warranted for 6-years.
  • Thanks everyone for the input and advice. Sounds like the Terra Tracs are pretty good tires. I never had or heard anything about them. I usually stick with Michelin’s. They’ve served me well in the past
