Thanks Mark! Your pictures are inspiring. That looks like a great setup for your family.
That is what I was imagining. One on the dinette and one in the bunk overhead. Obviously this is when they get a bit older.
For now, I bet I'll be in the dinette and both of them will be with mom in the bed :)
As for everyone in the TT camp, thank you! You took time out of your day to share your experience and on paper, the tt seems like a no brainer. Thank you for trying to talk some sense into me.
But I need to go with my gut here and I think we are one of those odd families that can make a tc work. Just need a bigger one that we had originally.
I am going to start moving in that direction. If we make a costly error and it is not right for us. I will be the first to admit it here and update the thread.
You know what....after going online and actually looking at some of the newer TC, if you can manage the right TV and camper then go for it. I really did not realize just how much room some of the TC have. Seeing the above pic is great. You could put those portable rails, or make some, on the beds and the kids will be fine. Still rainy days might be an issue though.
Whatever you decide on, enjoy yourselves.
