Fun to cross paths with you Portscanner! Interesting to have two Alpenlites in the same place at the same time (in Florida no less) :) I wish we had more time to chat.
We're currently in the Florida Keys and there are plenty of truck campers here... as a matter of fact, I've recently seen (and spoken with the owners of) lots of really cool and well-equipped TC's, including; A Chalet 116 triple-slide on a F450 at Long Key and a Bigfoot on a F550 w/ cargo body on Bahia Honda.
As it turns out the Keys are an incredibly popular spot this time of year (I'm from the west...and had absolutely no idea) so we've been hopping around between state campgrounds (amazing!), big RV parks (yucky!), and the occasional stealth boondocking spot.
