does anyone know a hypothetical way that they would fix holes like this? without just cutting a piece out, sanding, and painting ? That's really not a fix, that's a patch, and at a week old, I wouldn't be to thrilled about it.A good marine glasser could match the gelcoat almost exactly.
I know a guy but he is many miles from you. If you can watch the repair, you'll know it will be close to what you have as stock, if the glasser breaks out mixing pots of gel coat and sets up lights.
