Tear in cover

Hi all,
We use a class C ADCO cover on the camper and it fits well and drapes nicely over the truck as well.
Unfortunately, the racks on top of the camper punctured a small hole through the cover.
So as to keep the cover from ripping more, any recommendations on a tape or fix? I know duct tape fixes everything, but it rots in the sun. Also going to put foam tubing on the rack ends to prevent more problems.

If you call ADCO they will send you a patch kit (free last time I called).
I use pool noodles to cover racks/sharp edges...

Iirc you can contact Adco and they will send some patches. Did you not get any with the cover originally?

Gorilla Tape claims to have better UV resistance. That's what I put on mine and will redo as needed.

west marine, get some patches for Zodiacs etc that stuff is waterpoof and will take a beating

I would just take the cover to an upholstery shop and have them repair it.

I am the second owner of my TC. It has never been under any cover since new in 1988.
