I LOVE the OLD teardrops, and have seen some new home builds that are quite true to the original that I liked. On the other hand, I am put off by the new "plasticky" models and totally shocked at the prices on them.
Not sure what you're talking about mlts22 when you said rust, so I looked back at the picture and that rust looking stuff in the corner was some type of fungus. That part is wood, I washed it with bleach water and cleaned it up.
I did sign up un TNTTT and you're right lots of information. My son cleaned up some electrical wires that were kind of just hanging and replaced an electrical plug. Now he's replacing the tail lights. He's taking it Friday to get it weighed then I can get a title and tag for it. Once he gets that done I can at least take it on a short camping trip. I hope I can hook it up to the jeep without to much trouble. I'm going to buy those things with the tennis balls on it to make hooking up easier. Oh and he's taking it to have new tires put on it, I've had to many problems with tires on my class c I want to be sure I have good tires :)
