Do NOT do this, like almost every car rental place the HD rental contract specifically excludes towing which means you've essentially stolen their vehicle as you do not have permission to use it in that manner, neither your insurance nor theirs will cover it. Like I said, Enterprise Truck, a tool rental or fleet rental, or a Toyota dealer are your only legal options unless you have a small local rental place that allows towing.
