You'll need to cut the pipe past the chewed pieces. You can then use new pieces, glued in, or use a straight piece of pipe with a repair coupling and establish a new configuration. Either way, you will most likely have to drop the tank or cut the floor to accomplish the work. You may get lucky and find a slip fitting into the top of the tank and be able to push pipes around to glue up new pipe.
