A basic no frills medium range Tesla model 3 is 47000 USD plus tax. Configurable and available now on their website. 60,000 gets you into long range, upgrade rims, colours, All wheel drive etc.
Yes, you're right Reisender. I used the 60K amount based on what I saw on the 60 minutes interview that was on recently. Not many everyday people want a no frills car. They want it nicely outfitted. Without going crazy with accessories, they're 60K. At least that's what I took away from the interview.
The only interior offered at this point is the premium and it is very nice. The only options are a second motor, paint color and Autopilot. The colors can add $2k and autopilot is $5k. The base price is $46k.
