Exactly, pre-ordering from multiple OE's is really common in the heavy duty trucking industry especially when they can get their money back. In some cases, such as how the market currently is with all of the OE's being so far out, many big customers will put down money with every OE just to be on the waiting list and go with whoever eventually gets to their order first.
