It will also be related to pick-up as they are now in mega/quick charge on some experimental stations -- if I recall correctly, regular charging is still free but will charge $30 for the fast charge.
Tesla is also toying with the idea of total battery swap in 10 minutes or so but will cost customers $50 (???).
