You should look at California's plans to be 100% renewables in 20 years.
And I'm sure they are not going to cheat to plug in into Nevada or Oregon's coal plants. Nor secretly revive the mothballed nuke plant down Southern California.
Right! Gotta ya. I should have done that. Cant wait to see your rates as they try and implement that. It is a mass exodus out of Cali and this is another reason why.
