Demographic shifts is one thing, but arrogantly assuming that the people leaving because they are not skilled or educated workers instead of even considering the fact that higher cost of living brought on by higher taxes and regulation has anything to with it is another. Then there is the assumption that if they are leaving, then they must be drawn in by poverty level pay. This not the case for many people who are relocating as stated in the articles I posted and many other that I have read on the subject.
