That is not exactly how it works. Municipal, federal, state or Coop utility doesn't need to adapt or perish. Their funding does not work like that of IOU's.

Oh, I am sorry. I did not know this was a Tesla safe space and we are all suppose look through rose colored glasses only posting positive things about Tesla or what they(or any EV maker) will need to do to be viable.
