Okay, that is three utilities. Only 450+ left to go. Unless you want to admit that saying "The utilities themselves only welcome more EVs" is just an assumption and you don't have the word of all utilities to be able to confirm this?
I din't make any comments saying they did or they didn't. You did. I just posted an article stating that most haven't even start planning for them.

Why don't you just admit you over spoke when you said that the utilities want EV's because you have no way to back that up because you really don't know and are just going off of want you want to be true.
Well ask harder. You are bound to get at least more than three out of 450+ utilities.
