Remember when Elon promised the unicorn Tesla for $35k? How long did it take for him to deliver? over a year later, and now you still can't order one unless it's from a dealer - yeah. Remember all those dealers he cut?
Promises the sky, and rarely delivers EXACTLY what he promises. He even acknowledged they couldn't build the 35k model 3 without taking a loss, something more than a few people in the industry told him.
Towing - I don't doubt the towing capacity. Electric makes a lot of torque. but eats a lot of juice. Let's see how well it holds up for range when towing even 5,000 pounds.
